Works closely with Business Development Director and Regional Advertising Director to execute advertising programs for clients.
Overview
- Communicate advertising/marketing needs of Dealer Enrollment Program (DEP) clients to other departments within agency
- Prepare written and electronic communications, including client documentation and correspondence, proposals, and interoffice communications for DEP clients
- Maintain DEP client projects/budgets and execute steps to billing
- Manage manufacturer reimbursement funds
- Ensure that deliverables are on time and within budget
- Attend weekly Account Team meetings
Qualifications
- College degree in advertising, marketing, communications or related field from an accredited college/university
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Organized with attention to detail and accuracy and ability to manage variety of tasks
- Superior time and project management skills
