Works closely with Business Development Director and Regional Advertising Director to execute advertising programs for clients.

Overview

  • Communicate advertising/marketing needs of Dealer Enrollment Program (DEP) clients to other departments within agency
  • Prepare written and electronic communications, including client documentation and correspondence, proposals, and interoffice communications for DEP clients
  • Maintain DEP client projects/budgets and execute steps to billing
  • Manage manufacturer reimbursement funds
  • Ensure that deliverables are on time and within budget
  • Attend weekly Account Team meetings

Qualifications

  • College degree in advertising, marketing, communications or related field from an accredited college/university
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
  • Organized with attention to detail and accuracy and ability to manage variety of tasks
  • Superior time and project management skills
