Title: Web Merchandising Coordinator

Department: Graphics

Reports to: Art Director

Job Summary

As part of the design team, the web merchandising coordinator is responsible for posting and maintaining graphic content on client websites and periodic audits of these sites.



Job Responsibilities:

•Post web graphics to client homepages, web pages, and inventory feeds

•Use HTML to create web pages

•Ensure all graphics have correct alt text, run dates, disclaimers, and links set

•Remove expired graphics from client websites

•Communicate with support to handle website requests

•Perform audits on client websites



Hard Skills:

•Wordpress or similar content management system

•Working HTML knowledge

•Knowledge of ADA compliance and best practices

Soft Skills:

•Flexible/Adaptable – ability to organize and quickly shift priorities and multi-task

•Work independently and as part of a team

•Excellent attention to detail

•Maintain a positive attitude

•Strong verbal and written communication skills

•Willing to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures

Qualifications:

•Degree in digital marketing or similar program

•Candidate should be located in Birmingham, Alabama or be willing to relocate.

This position works full-time in the Birmingham, Alabama office.
