Job Summary:

The Google Ads Coordinator is an entry level position that is responsible for managing assigned Google Ads accounts and assisting the team with daily tasks and account maintenance. This team member also submits Co-op and Compliance for Strong’s Google Ads Accounts.

Overview:

  • Manages assigned Google Ads accounts daily
  • Performs weekly maintenance involving ad performance evaluations, updating keywords bids, and budget adjustments
  • Assists Google Ads team in uploading new assets to campaigns, creating new accounts or campaigns, account tasks, projects, and bulk updates
  • Orders monthly budgets for assigned Google Ads accounts
  • Main point of contact for communication regarding all assigned clients on Google Ads questions – with some assistance from more senior team members
  • Submits Co-op and compliance for all Google Ads accounts
  • Has knowledge of all Google Ads campaign types (PMAX, Search, Video, Display, Discovery)
  • Certified in Google Search, Display, Video & Shopping Advertising
  • Helps maintain organization of training documentation on server

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Familiarity with Google Ads and Analytics
  • Being bilingual(English/Spanish) is a plus!
